John Tesh

John’s show is a unique combination of information, ideas, and expert advice to make life easier and better.  He calls it “Intelligence For Your Life”. Bit by the radio bug 20+ years ago, John first started as a weekend newscaster on WKIX Radio in Raleigh, NC during his sophomore year in college.  He then went on to television as a reporter/anchor/cameraman.  Since music has always been John’s main passion.  In 1996, after 10 years as co-host of Entertainment Tonight, he surprised many by leaving the highly visible and lucrative position to pursue his career as a fulltime musician.

With three gold albums and a career that includes six Emmys, two Grammy nominations, an Associated Press Award for investigative journalism, several number one radio hits, and two tours as an Olympic announcer/composer, its obvious John loves his work!

John created his radio show “Intelligence For Your Life” for his wife Connie Sellecca and people just like her, too busy to read every magazine or news article piled up next to the bedside.   John says,” I wanted to create a radio program with purpose, a show that moves people forward in their life.”
